Why do hostesses wear such ugly fru-fru frocks and have badly teased hairstyles?
Why do hosts have badly teased hairstyles?
Why are there no f#$%ing cabs out of Shinjuku at 2am on a Sat morning forcing me to walk most of the way home!!!!
These are the questions that I pondered while walking the 2 kms towards home before I managed to get a cab. Shinjuku was packed with people trying to get a cab so I decided to walk and take my chances along the way rather than wait with all the rest of the punters along Yasukuni Dori for the rare vacant cab. In the end I pushed my way past a lady and jumped in a cab in front of her and felt like I should have been a New Yorker.
However, I did manage to catch a glimpse of a real bunny girl scurrying between clubs. She had bunny ears, fishnets, evening jacket with tails and a fluffy white bunny tail. Now that is something you don’t see everyday (and wish you had a camera with you). But as it is, I am home safely, albeit tired and wanting to get to bed ASAP.
Hanami awaits tomorrow!!

Azabu-Juban Station.
Guessing that it means to not put your bas on the seats when pea-people want to sit down. Very cute! Wonder if they will ever use sardine characters? These are better to represent Tokyo subways.
