Kristen and Tod are throwing their equinox party with persian egg painting and tin foil hat making. No radiation here.
This video was made by Kristen as she was on her way to visit me last Thursday. This is just to show you what things are really like here. Certainly up north the story is tragic and scary but for us here in Tokyo, life is going on. It is not normal but it certainly different to what the media is projecting. What we need to do now is to regroup, get back to work and get on with rebuilding this battered country.
With that said, Ash, Max and I are off to Shimoda for the night to visit some friends at the beach.
Can now sit up at the table with us.
Max plopped over and hit his head on the desk at home.
I am sure this will not be the last boo-boo. He cried a little bit but forgot about it quickly. The bump came up later.
Max keeping me company at my office.
Mum has something in her eye. The has to wear the patch. She is off back to australia tonight so hopefully the staff will take pity on her and upgrade her.
Max is scared by her.
This is Ashley’s new keitai wallpaper. It is hard to get a photo of Max smiling. He does smile lots but he doesn’t often face the way you want him to when he does. Soon he will learn how to pose I am sure.
Nom nom
In the supermarket. No bread, milk etc.
Otherwise it was business as usual in the neighbourhood.
