    It tasted fabulous because it was so moist. Japanese mayonnaise is the best for basting. We can buy it at our supermarket at the Gold Coast. Barbara

    Hi Kaye - Jo will know Japanese mayo. It is mostly Kewpie brand here but I think that a good egg based mayo will be fine.
