    We take in our iPods.  It drowns out the sound of the screams from the other rooms.  (just kidding - no screaming - the pods just make it easier to slosh the water around inside)

    Have a great cleansing fast!  I SOOOOOOO wanted to go to this particular spa back in 2005, but the tsunami moved all the tourists up to Koh Samui and everything was booked.
