Mountain Men Originally uploaded by fourcornersofjapan.Well the Mountain Men are off on their separate journeys across Japan.  One East to West, the other South to North.  A mammoth effort as they are both walking.  Follow their adventures via their blog.  Also keep an eye on their Flickr stream.  Best of all, donate to their designated charity - The Fred Hollows Foundation.  I am just so happy that it is them doing this and not me.  But I am planning to catch up with them on one of their milestones, bring them some clean clothes perhaps, some home-cooked food treats but mainly it is a great excuse for us to travel to a part of Japan we haven’t been before.
