Wierd Pink Soup

Slight cooking experiment gone horribly wrong. Used a cerealy grain mix normally for rice as a soup base. Red bean in mix turned the soup pink! oops.

    Was a bit odd.. the colour was more of a dark maroon that may not show up in the picture. I was not using a recipe and was just throwing things in that I thought would work. Some did and some didn’t. It tasted OK I guess but I used a good home made stock as the base so that was probably the reason.
