First time I have cooked polenta. Made with lots of advice and support from Kristen, Jo and MJ. Thank you!!

    Well the pie was yummy but the wine was very ordinary.  Might use the wine in tonights dinner instead.

    I had a brainwave! Olives! Im thinking kalamata olives, but you may have a different idea… Ive been eating Polenta Pie leftovers for a few days now and while its great the first night, its a bit bland the next day… olives would fix that and i will use them next time!

    PS: i have a nother great polenta recipie if you are interested...Polenta with finely chopped cabbage in it, served with mushrooms in balsamic herb sauce....

    We (and by we I mean Ash) made a tomato paste salsa type spread that we topped the leftovers with.  We thought the first night it didn’t have enough tomato so he made a rich tomato sauce. It was fantastic.
