Thank you for my chocolate surprise.

[Edit - I sent this to my blog by mistake…  I meant to send it to the Ashman who makes my lunch every day that is full of healthy vegetables but today he wrapped up a little mini chocolate bar as a little surprise treat. But I thought rather than delete it from my blog I would keep it here as a reminder.]

    I have done it a few times - mainly while a few cocktails worse for wear.  But I just can’t delete it as I totally mean it and have no problems telling the world. 

    BTW I had a little packet of raisins tucked into my lunch today. Plus a little tub of goma dressing for my raw cabbage.  super yum.  My cravings have all been for vegetables and steak.

    Probably the one most important phrase a couple can say.  Just don’t let it become a force of habit thing.  Remember love and like are to very different things.  You can love someone with all of your being, but not particularly like them at the moment.
