Hooping video

Courtesy of Hooplovers.  I just wish I had more time to really do it more often.  I really love it, love watching it and love doing it - hooping that is.  It is just pure joy no matter what skill level.  It is so hard to articulate why - best way is to try for yourself.  It is a combination of funky tunes, laughter, friends, exercise and endorphins.  Life doesn’t get much better than when you are inside a hoop.

Oh yes - I am in this video.  Plus you can see all the Tokyo hooping stars who are good friends - both new and long standing. They are all so inspiring.

    I am truly impressed with the moves I saw on the video. Sitting on the ground and then twirling from your toes must be the hardest of the ones I saw. You all look so fit, lithe and fabulous. I really did enjoy my one time visit there, so I can appreciate the degree of practice it has taken you all+ fun. Barbara
