The red vertical lines is the heart beat monitor when he isolated the heart to examine. He then counted the baby’s BPM at 175.
But I hope you saw the legs kicking around and the strong backbone and ribs and the brain growing equally in both hemispheres.
Was trying to see the nose but it is a bit early yet - same for the gender.

Congratulations again. Welcome to the wonderful, scary rollercoaster called parenthood. Never in your life will you face a more important task. You will feel the excitement and pride as each hurdle is reached. Your job is to take a small animal and make it into a functioning human being. Watching you and your baby grow will be a joy for your family and those of us voyeurs that have discovered your blog. Never fear to voice your misgivings or questions as you embark on this voyage called parenthood, you seem to have a very good supporting cast of parents who obviously have done an outstanding job raising both of you.
