Dark chocolate with an after-shock of chilli. Sneaks up and grabs you in the throat just when you think there is no chilli at all.
Good as a novelty but not my favourite.

    There are a lot of chili/chocolate combinations in Mexican cuisine, more notably in mole (pronounced MOH-lay) sauces.

    I’m sure, however, your kit kat experience was very different from this.
